The Reviews
Having evaluated many reviews for this machine, we found the Greenworks 25092 garnered largely positive customer comments. The machine’s biggest draw appears to be its efficient and powerful operation that can compete directly with power-charged and power-hungry gas mowers without the mess, fumes and costs of dealing with gasoline. Users were also thankful for its self-propel option which takes a lot of the hard work from mowing, a big plus for older customers.
There are mixed reports for Greenworks’ customer service, though. Some users received defective units and were left unimpressed with the customer service they had to go through to have the problems addressed. One particular customer had been waiting for six weeks for replacement parts that have yet to arrive at the time of his review.
Other than these complaints, the machine itself seems to stand well under scrutiny. Seasoned mowers appreciated the added features which enhanced their experience. In particular, they liked the single-lever height adjustment that allows them to simultaneously adjust the machine’s four wheels in under two seconds. The batteries also appear to last and perform well, allowing many customers to complete their mowing on a single charge.
Given the largely positive customer reception for this machine, we find it easy to recommend the Greenworks 25092. It’s a mower that’s able to demonstrate powerful and efficient performance that’s reliable and eco-friendly to boot. A lot of people will also enjoy the minimal maintenance requirements, comfortable and convenient operation, and energy-efficient charging system that are all hallmarks of Greenworks’ lawn tools.
